Programmes that promote Wellbeing and Performance

This series of seminars provide practical guidance and support to prevent stress and improve performance.

The seminars are designed for leaders and managers wishing to perform at the top of their game and who want their organisations to thrive and be hugely successful.

There are four interlocking features that prevent stress at work and result in increased performance:

  • Creating and sustaining a culture where managers and workers feel driven to be fully engaged with the organisation. This results in increased wellbeing and performance.
  • Leaders and managers who exhibiting behaviours that encourage commitment, trust and engagement in the workforce. This results in increased wellbeing and performance.
  • Creating and sustaining a working environment that stimulates concentration and reduces diversion of attention. This results in increased wellbeing and performance.
  • Strengthening personal resilience against adverse situations and people. This results in increased wellbeing and performance.

WellBeing and Performance Seminars

There are 8 seminars in the series. They may be delivered separately or as a series. All 8 add up to an implementation process for The WellBeing and Performance Strategy and the WellBeing and Performance Agenda.

Each seminar can be delivered as:

  • A raising awareness short session
  • A one or two day seminar/workshop
  • A two day Masterclass for those with a special interest or wishing to train others
  • A series of mentoring sessions with key managers
  • Learning sets for key managers engaged in implementation.

Organisations that implement the Wellbeing and Performance Agenda will reduce the costs of presenteeism, sickness absence, and staff turnover; increase the retention, engagement, motivation, enthusiasm, innovation and energy of the workforce and become an employer of choice. The organisation will be sufficiently adaptable and flexible to change, grow, grasp opportunities and capture the market with enthusiasm.
