Managers are the principal cause of distress at work; they are the controllers of people’s working lives. In this workshop we shall be learning about how to build a positive working culture and the rules needed to reinforce that culture, each of which has a powerful influence on the behaviour that managers need to exhibit that produce high performance in others.
