Personal Resilience Training
Resilience training will:
- Improve engagement of staff with their work
- Help the workforce cope effectively with change
- Enable managers and staff to cope better in the face of challenges
- Enable individuals to face challenges openly and with confidence
- Maintain a determination to succeed.
MAS provides in house training in building personal resilience both for managers and for the workforce. We also have a programme for Corporate Resilience aimed at senior managers and a programme entitled The Managers Role in Resilience for middle and line managers.
Cognitive coaching, learning sets and facilitation
MAS also provides services including Cognitive Coaching to individuals and small groups of managers in building personal resilience and developing the behaviours needed to provide a robust workforce.
