Resilience Training

Resilience training will:

MAS provides in house training in building personal resilience both for managers and for the workforce. We also have a programme for Corporate Resilience aimed at senior managers.

Cognitive coaching, learning sets and facilitation

MAS also provides services including Cognitive Coaching to individuals and small groups of managers in building personal resilience and developing the behaviours needed to provide a robust workforce.
